Transport
The school has a fleet of 20 well-maintained buses. We take extra care to ensure the safety of the children using school bus service. The drivers are specially trained to adhere to the speed limit norms and other traffic rules. The conductors ensure that children board the bus safely and behave in a disciplined manner during the journey. Any attempt at mis-behaviour is reported to the respective class teacher and transport in-charge. The buses are well connected to the school through a mobile phone. A first – aid box is always present in the bus.
BUS RULES
Do’s
- Do reach the bus stop at least a few minutes before the scheduled time of arrival of the school bus.
- Do stay away from the main road while waiting for the school bus.
- Do board the bus in the proper queue.
- Do remain seated when the bus is moving.
- Do wait for the bus to stop completely before getting down.
- Do allow the bus to move off before crossing the road.
Don’ts
- Do not board or alight from the bus until the bus has come to a complete halt.
- Do not lean out or stick heads or limbs out of the window.
- Do not put your head or hand out of the window.
- Do not speak to the driver while he is driving.
- Do not push or rush for the door to board/to get off the bus.
- Do not fight in the moving bus.
- Do not put your bags on the bus seats.
